The Research Internship Unit (RIU) provides professional and tailored research, analysis, and evidence-based policy suggestions to increase the quality of student and staff members interactions and choices concerning waste management practices improvement. Students who are initially enrolled in the B.Tech Hons degree in Management Studies and a related undergraduate programme at the university at Hons level are eligible for research internships.

MSSU-Monitoring Sustainabili Supportive Unit
The MSSU-UoVT establishes under the consent of the Vice Chancellor of the University. All committees take the responsibility to make aware the decisions with respective administrative matters or actions to the Vice Chancellor.
The University appoints a suitable and capable staff member as a Director/Manager and Coordinator for organizing activities related to the MSSU-UoVT. (Duties and responsibilities of MSSU-UoVT Director/Manager and Coordinator) The MSSU may consist with eleven (13) members as mentioned on above. Head/Manager of the MSSU-UoVT, which will be accepted by the Board of Governors. (Industry expert may include related waste management and valorization technologies).
